As the patient begins to stabilize the next step is managing recovery, after-care, and continuing care for the patient. Our clinicians will assist in the coordination of care and referrals you may need after leaving our program.

We walk along with the patient and support them through the difficult times until the individual can walk forward on their own.

We offer 24/7 free assessments in our facility located at 1051 Southfield Drive in Plainfield, IN 46148. If you or a loved one is struggling, please contact us at 844-991-9900 for more information.
