Angie Best-Egler is the new Clinical Educator for Hendricks Behavioral Hospital. She has been a psychiatric nurse for over 15 years, and last served as clinical nursing supervisor for Eskenazi’s Narcotics Treatment Program. She is a member of Hendricks County Alliance for Diversity and serves on the board of Hendricks County Pride. She is the author and co-author of numerous consumer health books, including Living with PCOS, The Everything Guide to Your Child’s Eating Disorder, and The Everything Guide to Digestive Health: What You Need to Know to Eat Well, Be Healthy and Feel Great. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, and traveling with her wife, Dawn and their four children.
