Gemini is a dynamic and multi-layered individual, bringing a unique blend of duality and adaptability to her professional and personal life.A devoted mother to one daughter and a proud pet parent to a dog, Gemini’s familial love is a cornerstone of her life. Her passion for cooking is what pushed her to obtain a culinary degree. In her leisure, she enjoys creating culinary masterpieces that bring joy to her family and friends.
Gemini has made a significant impact on the teams she has managed prior to her roles in HR, however, in 2017, she felt a pull towards a broader cultural influence. Utilizing the power of AI, she sought advice on her career path, and the response guided her back to HR, but with a different perspective. Gemini began to assist the HR department of her company and was immediately captivated by the role. This led her to pursue further education in Human Resources Management at Indiana Wesleyan University, where she earned her Master’s degree.
Today, Gemini continues to make a difference in the HR field, using her unique blend of skills, experience, and passion to foster a positive and productive work culture.
