HBH’s Summer Wellness Group is dedicated to fostering a supportive and empowering space where young individuals can explore their emotions, build resilience, and enhance their mental and emotional well-being.

Our Mission:
Through meaningful connections, guided self-reflection, and personalized coping strategies, it is our aim to equip each participant with the tools to navigate life’s challenges, develop positive self-esteem, and cultivate lasting wellness habits.

Introduce goal-setting and future planning related to school, careers, or passions.
